REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Cosmecare USA, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality hair replacement solutions. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or return is necessary. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below:

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

Only products purchased directly from the Cosmecare USA website are eligible for refunds or returns. Proof of purchase may be required.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or return.

Systems or products that have been altered or modified by the customer or any third party are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method utilized for the purchase. We do not offer refunds to an alternative card. If you ask for a refund within 30 days of receiving your package, you will get the refunded amount back on your card. However, if you request a refund more than 30 days after receiving the package, the amount will be credited to your Cosmecare USA account, which can be used for future purchases.

2. Refunds:

If you change your mind and no longer wish to proceed with your Cosmecare product, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please contact our Cosmecare customer service team with your order details and reason for the refund.

Once your refund request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cosmecare USA reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

3. Returns:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and provide a description or photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.

Cosmecare will cover the shipping costs associated with returning a defective or damaged product.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, a replacement will be sent to you free of charge. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Restocking fees: If you change your mind and no longer wish to proceed with your Cosmecare product, you can return it up to one month at your own expense. However, there will be restocking fees for each return, unless the product arrived damaged in the first place.

If you return the product within the first 15 days after receiving it, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. For returns made between 15 days and 30 days, the restocking fee will be 30%. Beyond the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund if the product doesn't meet your expectations.

4. Exchange:

We do not offer direct exchanges for Cosmecare products. If you wish to exchange your product, you will need to request a return and place a new order.

5. Shipping:

Cosmecare is not responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return of non-defective or non-damaged products.
