REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Cosmecare USA, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality hair replacement solutions. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or return is necessary. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below:

 

1 · Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Point of purchase. Only items purchased directly from the official Cosmecare USA website (cosmecareusa.com) are eligible.
  • Condition of goods. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Alterations. Products that have been modified or altered by the customer or any third party are not eligible.
  • Proof of purchase. A valid receipt, order confirmation e‑mail, or invoice may be required.
  • Refunds (Change‑of‑Mind)
  1. Window. You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. How to request. Contact Cosmecare USA Customer Service (info@cosmecareusa.com) or by phone 978-667-9900 with your order number and reason for the refund.
  3. Instructions. Once approved, we will send return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  4. Payment route.
    • Requests within 30 days of receiving the parcel → refund to the original payment method.
    • Requests 31 – 60 days after receipt → refund issued as store credit to your Hairskeen account.
  5. Shipping & handling. These charges are non‑refundable.
  6. Sale items. Only regular‑priced items are refundable; sale items are final sale.
  7. Right of refusal. Cosmecare USA may decline refunds for items that fail to meet eligibility criteria.

3 · Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

  1. Window. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Evidence required. Provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the defect/damage.
  3. Approval & shipping. Once approved, we will provide a RMA number for you to return your product for final review by our team.
  4. Resolution.
    • A replacement will be shipped free of charge, pending stock availability.
    • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.

4 · Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Restocking Fees)

If the product is neither defective nor damaged and you simply wish to return it:

  • 0 – 15 days after receipt: 15 % restocking fee deducted from refund.
  • 16 – 30 days after receipt: 30 % restocking fee deducted.
  • After 30 days: Returns and refunds are no longer available.
  • Shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

5 · Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges. Please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

6 · Shipping Costs for Non‑Defective Returns

Customers bear all shipping costs associated with returning non‑defective items.

7 · Custom Orders

Custom‑made systems follow a separate set of terms:

  1. Custom Order Form. The client must complete a Hairskeen Custom Order Form detailing all required specifications before the order is placed.
  2. Deposit. A 50 % non‑refundable deposit is required to submit the order to the factory.
  3. No change‑of‑mind replacements. Because each custom system is built to individual specifications, replacements or returns for preference changes are not possible.
  4. Specification review. Upon arrival, Cosmecare USA team will review the system to confirm it matches the approved specifications.
  5. Defects or manufacturing errors. If the system is produced incorrectly or arrives defective, Cosmecare USA will have a corrected replacement manufactured at no additional charge and expedited to the client.

8 · Policy Updates

Cosmecare USA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting to the website.
